Terry Coleman Wins Mission Vision Award
Terry Coleman is the winner of the Kraus-Anderson Construction Company Mission/Vision Award for April 2016.
Terry is a superintendent in the Circle Pines office. He was nominated by Mike Benz, director of information technology, in the Minneapolis office. His nomination reads:
“I would like to nominate Terry Coleman for the KA Mission/Vision Award. Terry led our very successful Minneapolis office move project. Terry took ownership of the project from the beginning of the planning process, through all the details of the tenant improvements, internal coordination, landlord communications, technology integration and moving company logistics. Moving 115 people and all of their gear with minimal loss of productivity was a monumental task.
Terry worked hard every day, arriving early, staying late and taking on any task that needed doing. He was respectful, calm, thoughtful and cheerful in addressing every challenge and communicating with every team member.
Our office move would never have been so successful without Terry’s leadership.”
